Metro Vancouver Real Estate Prices Up 7.5 per cent Year over Year

Vancouver Prices Up Year over Year

According to REBGV's latest monthly reports, home prices in Metro Vancouver have increased 7.5 per cent in October 2011 from October 2010, which is sharply higher but much lower than September 2011.

REBGV October 2011 Statistics states, With a sales-to-active property listings ratio of 15 per cent, the Greater Vancouver housing market continues to hover at the lower end of a balanced market and has been trending in that direction over the past five months.
