Apparently homes that are on Boulevard are more expensive than homes that are on Streets. This might have to do with the mix of homes located on Boulevard. Approximately, 37% of homes on “boulevards” are in multi-unit buildings. See the average price per square feet according to Address suffixes on Buzz Buzz Home.
