This stage involves a mutual effort between you and your qualified realtor. 

The most important thing you need to do is figure out exactly what your needs are and explain them to your agent. The more detail the better. You need to know what you're looking for and your goals in regards to time frame. We'll also analyze neighborhood price values, area demographics, schools, taxes and population.

Your agent agent will then take this information and begin their search. When using the Ryan Team you have access to a vast amount of information - through our personal contacts and access to the MLXchange days before listings are out for the public to see.

Now the fun part begins - with listings in hand you can now start to tour properties!
